I've been having this issue ever since i installed GTA IV: EFLC, all that happens it the D key is glitched so i can't actually adjust my controls manually, and then when i begin playing my phone pops up and i can't even move left or right on the phones pad. Hey everyone, i'm pretty noob here but anyway let me get straight to the issue.
